Application Areas
Vacuum Interrupter (Circuit Breaker Core): Metalized ceramic core rods (alumina-based) are used to manufacture vacuum interrupter cavities, providing airtight sealing and electrical insulation for high-voltage current interruption. Applications include mining circuit breakers and generator protection systems.
Live Display Device: Used in 10kV-40.5kV power systems to provide real-time indication of high-voltage conductor status, circuit breakers (SF6 and vacuum types), lightning arresters, or instrument transformers, ensuring operator safety.
Typical Parameters: Capacitance ranges from 10pF-230pF (e.g., 90pF at 24kV), with withstand voltage of 68kV (power frequency) and 125kV (lightning impulse).
Usage Instructions
- Partial discharge not to exceed 5pC at 1.1 times rated voltage unless otherwise specified
- Complies with standard DL/T538-2006 (High Voltage Presence Indication Device)
- Custom dimensions available per customer requirements
- Special attention required to prevent product damage, moisture, and contamination
- Complies with standard JB/T10305-2001 (Technical conditions for post insulator of organic material in 3.6kV-40.5kV high voltage equipment)
