SHP3-220 3-in-1 Surge Protector

 

Model SHP3-220 is a multifunctional surge protector suitable for surge protection of surveillance cameras with PTZ control ports.
 

Features

  • A multi-functional lightning protection product integrating power supply, control and video protection.
  • The line adopts two-level protection method, with large current capacity, low residual voltage, and the maximum current can be 10KA.
  • It has the function of indicating the deterioration of lightning protection components, and the indicator light is green during normal operation. When the indicator light goes out, it reminds the user that the lightning protection component has failed and should be replaced in time.
  • Insertion loss: <0.5dB

Product installation

  1. Installation should be carried out by relevant professionals.
  2. When connecting the line: insert the external power supply, video and control signal lines into the corresponding interface of the (line in) end of the surge protector. The output terminal (Equipment) of the surge protector is connected to the protected device. The installation distance between the surge protector and the protected equipment should not be greater than 0.5 meters.
  3. The connection line of the surge protector should be consistent with the original line and match the protected equipment. The ground connection line should be less than 6mm2. The connection line should be short and straight, and cannot be bent or coiled.
  4.  Grounding requirements shall be implemented with reference to Articles 5.2.5 and 5.2.6 of GB50343-2004 and the Technical Specification for Civil CCTV System Engineering.
  5.  The lines connected to and connected to the surge protector and the grounding lines should be laid separately, and should not be overlapped or entangled in parallel and there should be no looping phenomenon.
