Product Description:
A ring-shaped ceramic dielectric capacitor is provided. The capacitor has two sets of internal electrodes, each set connected to one of the end electrodes. Each set of internal electrodes is composed of one or more conductive films, where a ceramic gap is in between adjacent conductive films belonging to different internal electrodes. The dielectric film layer, dielectric film layer and the internal electrode conductive film are stacked in alternating layers forming a homogenous capacitor body. The dielectric protection layer and the dielectric film layer are both in ring-shaped form and the two sets of internal electrodes are formed of annular film surfaces. Both the capacitor body is a cylindrical form with a through hole and the terminal electrodes include an inner and outer ring terminal electrode.
The metallized film of each of the terminal electrodes covers each of the inner wall of the through hole and the outer wall of the cylinder, respectively. This ring-shaped ceramic dielectric capacitor provide a comprehensive electrical interference suppression of signals or transmission wires and have improved pressure-resistant design performances. A process for production and application is presented.
